We start every MINISCAPES job with a phone call with the client to discuss their vision, needs, and budget.
This is followed by meeting on site to assess the site's characteristics, such as topography, soil, drainage, site constraints and existing vegetation.

Based on our conversations and design questionnaire, we draft a design brief and fee proposal outlining key stages of landscape process.

Create preliminary plans and 3D renderings to visualize design ideas, including layout, hardscape features, and planting design.
Presentation of concept design to the client for feedback and revisions.
Refinement of concept into detailed drawings and specifications.
Integration of irrigation and lighting systems.

Upon approval of the concept design, we proceed to detailed design.
This involves developing a complete tender package for contractors to quote, including all necessary drawings and specifications.

Our construction management services ensure a smooth execution of your project, from tendering, pre-construction planning to post-construction handover. With expertise in coordinating contractors, managing budgets, and maintaining quality, to ensure a successful outcome for your landscape project.

Best part of our job! We like to source the best plants and position sourced plants, ensuring proper spacing and soil preparation. Or we can draw up a planting plan.

Provide maintenance during the establishment period to ensure the health and vitality of newly installed plants.
Develop a maintenance plan tailored to the specific needs of the landscape, including tasks such as watering, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control.
Provide guidance to the client on how to care for their landscape and address any questions or concerns they may have.
